misrepresentation of the institution鈥檚 educational programs, financial charges, employability
of graduates, or relationship with the Department of Education. SCC intends to relay
true and accurate information in all forms and prohibits misrepresentations or misleading
statements, including those made in advertisements and promotional materials.
